I had my entire tile roof replaced. Action Roofing was reliable and as compared to many contractors in Santa Barbara, they showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The workers were friendly and diligent, cleaning up any nails etc every day to avoid them ending up in our car tires. They even assisted my wife carrying a heavy box to her car. On New Year's Eve, the kitchen ceiling fixture and wall began to drip water during heavy rain. In our 60's, my husband and I scrambled in the between rain showers to put multiple buckets in the attic and a tarp on the roof. The next morning with heavy rain projected in a cold sweat I called Action Roofing. Jack arrived within a couple hours and found the leak.
