The personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and cooperative. Beforehand they gave good information, and answered all our questions. The project was delayed because not enough materials were ordered in the first place. The cleanup could have been a bit better, as well as communication regarding what was going to happen, and when it was going to happen (especially regarding a final walk-through).
