Kumar was AMAZING - out to our house promptly, diagnosed the problem with a leak around our chimney and had 2 men on the job that same afternoon. Steve came the next day to look at gutters that were corroding on one side of our house. Though I have contacted Action twice since he was out, we have yet to receive an estimate to replace the gutters and are now looking elsewhere.
