I asked for 3 bids from people I knew or had used. I chose Action because they are large and have a great reputation. "Expensive, but honest". Yes they were a bit higher, but the final bill was really a relief. The extras were very reasonable. I knew I had problems to solve. The crews, very competent, resourceful and hard working.
