I was very pleased with the entirety of my experience with Adept and Gerry. Beginning with the estimate process, Gerry was patient and willing to take whatever time I needed to understand the scope of the repairs and the available options. When awarded the job, he was timely and prompt with scheduling and performing the work. The roofer was polite and professional, and he cleaned the site up well when he was done.
