Its been a year since my installation of windows. I had the windows done during the summer and once the cold days started thats when all the problems started. First it took 2 months for them to send someone only after a bad review was left. The solution was to add silicone to the screw holes along the window. A year later that "fix" was not a permanent solution because it all came out. Now ai have cold air coming from my windows a year later and have to seap my windows with plastic. They charged...
