Stay away from this company!! Since you pay them, since they will take your money, business is done! They did service at my house, they didn’t screw units properly to the wall outside, now since one month me and my husband trying to contact them they disappeared! If i could give zero starts i would! In a word, avoid this company at all costs, Their workmanship is unprofessional. The materials they used were cheap and unreliable resulting in horrible outcomes, which now makes me have to deal with constant repairs, the need to spend way more money than anticipated fixing the disastrous and incredibly dangerous job they did! Be very careful doing business with this company. I do not know why I have them much good reviews. they must pay these people on here to say these things, but this is not a good company. I sign a contract with them telling these people that I will be going on my vacation and I will come back set a date when I want the installation all of a sudden they don’t have, the equipment that we sign contract for a few days later the rebate is no longer available.
