A flat roof over a garage in Elm Grove WI has been leaking for a while. Adonis Roofing removed the old rubber membrane and had to restructure a small portion near the transition with the lower shingles. Installed new decking where needed and a tapered insulation system to create a positive pitch toward the edge of the roof then fully adhered a white TPO membrane. There was animal damage noticed on an upper low-pitch area which was easily patched during the main roof replacement,

The shingles on this detached garage in South Milwaukee WI were not overhanging the bottom edge. This caused the bottom row of the roof deck to rot out. Adonis Roofing removed the bottom two feet of the shingles and decking around the entire garage and replaced it with new decking and close-to-matching shingles. No more leaking. A year later hail came through and I was called out again to replace the entire roof on the house and the detached garage with Landmark Pro Burnt Sienna Shingles along with all-new seamless gutters and RainDrop Pro Gutter Guards.
