New RainDrop Pro Gutter Guards were installed on a lake home in Delafield WI. Adonis Roofing cleaned out all of the gutters and downspouts prior to the installation of the guards.
The shingles on this detached garage in South Milwaukee WI were not overhanging the bottom edge. This caused the bottom row of the roof deck to rot out. Adonis Roofing removed the bottom two feet of the shingles and decking around the entire garage and replaced it with new decking and close-to-matching shingles. No more leaking. A year later hail came through and I was called out again to replace the entire roof on the house and the detached garage with Landmark Pro Burnt Sienna Shingles along with all-new seamless gutters and RainDrop Pro Gutter Guards.
Unbalanced attic ventilation can easily cause excess moisture to not properly vent out. That will allow for condensation to build up causing damage over time. This attic in Brookfield WI had mixed exhaust ventilation. Adonis Roofing was called out to inspect why the shingles looked wavy. During the attic inspection, it was noticed that the bathroom fans were not connected properly to the ducting, and the ducting was not routed to the outside. The main issue was the mixed exhaust ventilation causing turmoil in the attic and not allowing the moisture to vent out properly. This was an easy fix by blocking the gable end venting allowing only the ridge vent to function. The roof decking should stop warping any further but unfortunately, most of it will have to be replaced when it is time to replace the roof shingles.
Wind-driven rain was causing leaking into a home in Brookfield WI. Adonis Roofing was called out to figure out why. It was noticed that the siding underlayment was not tucked under the trim metal or taped at the edges. The proper way to fix this would be to remove all of the siding to window and door intersections and install window tape sealing the wood trim to the siding underlayment. The homeowner opted to use exterior grade sealant applied to the siding j-channel to window and door trim intersections. This is temporary and may only last 5-10 years.
A new shed was being built in Waukesha WI. Adonis Roofing was called out to install the roofing materials provided by the customer. All done in a couple of hours.
