Adonis Roofing replaced another PVC pipe flashing grommet in Milwaukee WI without having to disturb the roof shingles.

Another simple roof repair was performed in Oconomowoc WI instead of a full roof replacement. The customer had leaking in multiple areas from the roof and thought maybe the roof needed to be replaced. Adonis Roofing came out and easily figured out the problem and saved the homeowner thousands since the roof still had at least 10 more years of life left. The rubber grommets on the PVC pipe flashing can wear out prematurely and it is a simple fix to replace them instead of a larger roof repair.

I removed this mess of plastic, caulk, and tar to install a proper one-piece lead flashing that encapsulates the entire cast iron pipe making for a much better and longer-lasting water tightness.
