Al and his team are phenomenal people. We replaced our windows and doors in our home during the COVID pandemic supply shortage. While the wait was less than ideal, it was completely out of Al's control and yet he did everything he could to expedite the process. A transom window came in with a defect and cracked shortly after being put in place, and Al was extremely helpful in ensuring that it was replaced and RUSHED within a matter of a few weeks. Advanced Home sales representative gave us a complete explanation of the products, gave us a good price. I was kept up to date on product orders, delivery and installation date. The crew came and installed the windows, very professional, and knowledgeable with the product, the best part was that they were very clean and accurate. When we replace the Front windows, definitely will have Advanced Home install them.
