Al and his team are phenomenal people. We replaced our windows and doors in our home during the COVID pandemic supply shortage. While the wait was less than ideal, it was completely out of Al's control and yet he did everything he could to expedite the process. A transom window came in with a defect and cracked shortly after being put in place, and Al was extremely helpful in ensuring that it was replaced and RUSHED within a matter of a few weeks. The entire process, from the initial site visit through choice of windows and installation, was trouble-free.
