Rusty performed an inspection of our roof today and did a great job assessing the condition of the roof, took photos of potential areas of concern and discussed potential courses of action and timelines. I did not feel pressured in any way and no attempt to upsell as sometimes occurs with other companies. Our home was in need of a new roof. I have friends that went through roof replacements in the area that were terrible experiences. Mostly the companies doing the bare minimum, cutting corners, not showing on time, not showing at all, and leaving a mess. I had three companies come out and provide quotes on our job.
