We had a great experience with Alan Smith Pools. Our project manager, Robert Monroe was the best. Every crew that came out was professional and did their work with excellence. The tile and coping masons were fun to watch - such craftsmen! We had a full tile replacement and replastered with a PebbleTec finish. We also had three decent size cracks that needed repair. It was all done quickly and thoroughly. The pool looks gorgeous.

Our pool was plastered eight years ago from Alan Smith Pools. I noticed some imperfections in the plaster, so Darren Lave "Quality control" from Alan Smith Pools came out immediately. Darren had the pool drained. Darren immediately noticed a few cracks in the plaster that was allowing water to come up through the cracks (not necessarily Alan Smith's fault).
