This should be 4.5 stars because of the time it took to complete the work. This was supposed to be a one week project, however it extended to three weeks due to subcontractors' schedules. CJ was an excellent sales representative and was very responsive, however, as noted above, scheduling became an issue. Sergio provided excellent stain finesse and worked well with our landscape designer. We highly recommend Sergio!

Alan Smith Pools completed an absolutely wonderful swimming pool retrofit and replaster to our 30+ year old pool - we added a Baja deck, too. Our Project Manager John Palmieri is awesome - he kept us up-to-date with every phase. We love the final product and Baja deck! Definitely Five out of Five Stars!!!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're glad you remained patient through the permitting process and are thrilled with the final result. It's great to hear our teams were professional, timely, and kept you well-informed throughout every phase. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to John Palmieri and the rest of the team. We hope you enjoy many years of fun on your beautiful new Baja bench and pool. Thank you so much for the Five out of Five Stars! Mike Sickels, Sales Manager, #(714)497-9278.

Some delays with multiple steps of the process. A couple discrepancies from the contract compared to work discussed. Stain left on existing flagstone after work completed, but rectified afterwards. Post job, satisfied with quality of work and outcome. Salesperson and job foreman responsive to requests. Thank you
