I was visited by Mr Cawthorne for an estimate. Very polite , on time and knowledgeable. Most important was honest and after discussing what we were looking for he did not try to add more than what was asked for, which makes us feel like they care about the customers needs.
I am extremely satisfied with the professional work that Alan Smith Pool provided. Their customer service was excellent. Project manager Robert was thorough in providing me with the progress of our project. I was updated by text and email on a daily basis. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of pool plastering and remodeling. I highly recommend this company and I have had a very good experience .
Had handrail installed and Alan Smith Pools did a great job. The redid our pool 8 years ago and it still looks like it did when they redid it. I highly recommend them.
The end result of the contractor was excellent, but the process wasn’t so great a lot of times we were notified that the crew was coming out and they never showed up. Also had a problem with my lights being installed at the end of our work done and had to call the project manager to have them come and install the lights that were on my contract, other than that, they did a great job
