Had our pool rebuilt July of 20 and now tge new LED lights have burned out and they want over 2000.$ to replace them. We had less than 100 hours on them ?? Alan P says they are out of warranty! Our previous lights lasted over 16 years! Update they sent 2 guys from H20 leak and detection to replace the lights. No phone calls or email they just showed up and said did tge work. Still have not heard from Alan Pools??As of now the job was completed and H20 did a great job Happy with final results!

We signed a contract on May 2, 2023 with Harriet Porter, and our pool remodel began in mid-July, due to the permit process which took a long time. Harriet was excellent. She assisted us with selecting new tile, coping, etc., and was great to work with on this process. Robert Monroe was assigned as our Project Manager.
