Called multiple times for full pool plaster work and 0 calls back. Why bother taking a customers info and saying someone call back. Just be honest and say you're too busy to speak with anyone. Super unprofessional.
They do a great job in the re-do of our pool. However, their follow/service portion of their company is awful. I’ve called their corporate number 4 times, leaving messages each time with their staff. No return call.
Talked briefly with Patrick who was both rude and extremely unprofessional.
