Probably the best pool building experience we have had as this was our 4th pool construction in both California and Texas. Alan Smith Pools has the team to provide excellent service and attention to any type of project. Ours was an owner build where we subcontracted Alan Smith to take our pool to finish which included tile, coping, expansion joint, mastic, equipment set, plaster, startup and initial water treatment. Most companies we interviewed for the work refused to accept credit cards whi... Read more

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! Knowing this was your fourth pool construction experience in California and Texas makes your kind words mean even more to our entire team. We’re so glad we could help bring your dream backyard to life and be part of such a special milestone—especially your daughter’s birthday! Rob, John, Ken, Krista, and the whole team truly appreciate the recognition. It was an absolute pleasure working with your family, and we’re so grateful you trusted Alan Smith Pools to help make these memories possible. Enjoy every minute of your beautiful new pool! - Mike Sickels, Sales Manager #714-497-9278

Edit: I was beyond surprised that Alan Smith Pools reached out to me and got my waterfalls fixed. It took some extensive repair work which was done in a timely fashion with an on site great guy (Darren) who checked in with me and the crew and found additional issues. Everything has been addressed and repaired. We even had a walk through. So everything I said still is a true picture of my experience during COVID but they clearly want to stand behind their product and offered sincere apologies for... Read more

Alan Smith Pools was incredible to work with! They delivered on time and as promised. My project manager, Robert Monroe was awesome!! He went above and beyond for me! I was having my pool re-plastered and once the existing plaster was removed, we noticed a large crack in the shell of my pool. I went back to the original pool company that installed my pool for me and they fought me on repairing the cracks despite the lifetime warranty they gave me. Robert encouraged me when I was frustrated and... Read more

I would even rate Alan Smith Pool Plastering a 10+ on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. They are truly professional and their crew members are outstanding. The pool is filling now and looks fantastic. We had them re-plaster our pool and reset all of the coping. We kept the original tile in place and their hydro-blast technique to remove the old plaster helped maintain the tile in good shape. I would recommend them to anyone. Their price might me a little higher but the value is worth it.
