My experience with Alan Smith pools was better than expected.... and I’m especially picky! Every member of the team made us feel like we were on the top of their list when it came to questions and service. I waited 4 1/2 years before writing my review of Alan Smith Pools. They replastered our pool in white plaster, raised our spa wall and matched the existing tiles for new spa wall. We also got all new equipment (pump, filter and heater.)
So why the 5 star review? Integrity. Only 4 1/2 years into our 10 year warranty, the plaster in one area began to delaminate. Dario our warranty contact saw the issue immediately. He had a diver come out and check our pool surface. The diver used a grinder to s... Read more
