I waited 4 1/2 years before writing my review of Alan Smith Pools. They replastered our pool in white plaster, raised our spa wall and matched the existing tiles for new spa wall. We also got all new equipment (pump, filter and heater.) So why the 5 star review? Integrity. Only 4 1/2 years into our 10 year warranty, the plaster in one area began to delaminate. We recently used Alan Smith Pools for a large pool project including underground drainage, re-plaster, re-tile, replacement of a heater, new pavers, etc. for our aging pool. We were very happy with Alan and his team, as they made sure to check in with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy. We had hired Alan Smith Pools to do some minor repairs to my very old pool. They started emptying the pool January 3, 2017 and all that was left to complete the project was to plaster. Then the multiple days of torrential rain came.
