Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing your proposal and for the frustration this caused. The lack of follow-up was an oversight on our part and does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We appreciate your patience while we corrected the issue and are glad you have received your proposal for review. We value every customer and take concerns like this seriously as we continue to improve our communication and service. Thank you, Michael Sickels, Sales Manager, 714-628-9494
We had a complete rehabilitation of our pool including skimmer stairs etc
We had major leaks and their knowledge and experience
The costing on the pool added so much enjoyment to being around the pool. The tile work was supreme, and I think the combination of coating and tile was a lot better than I imagined
Came back and made a repair at no charge even though it was out of warranty
