I know this review is long. But if I can save anyone some time and worry, it’ll be worth reading. Our pool was old, the tile was coming off, and there was terrible staining on the tile and plaster. Plus the equipment was old and needing repair. I asked around and everyone said Alan Smith Pools was the company to use. No other company name was mentioned with a positive recommendation. I had Alan Smith complete my pool in January. They were punctual, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job looked nice. Had one c/o discoloration but company said it was my fault rt chlorine floater. At the time of service, left my masting undone to complete concrete work. They assured me that they would have no problem coming back later to complete. It has been 3 wks now since my first call to schedule my masting, in 3 calls have had no reply, calls 2 and 3 all managers in meeting... Read more
