I would have given 5 stars if I had a little additional clarification regarding the tile. Worked stopped for a week or more until I followed up to ask why the delay. That was when I was notified about the tile. Other then that, I would use them again, and next time even know myself what to expect. This was the first pool I have had re-plast... Read more

Alan Smith Pools did a replaster pebble and new tile to our existing pool. From the first day that Ryan came out and gave us an estimate till the end of the job the customer service, quality of the job, all the crews and workers, we could not have asked for better service or a better job. Our pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend Alan Smith Pools.

Thank you for the review. The advantage of being a larger pool renovation company is that we don’t rely on one person to complete our clients projects. We employ over 120 people so we can ensure your pool project will always keep moving and be completed.

The replaster and new tile for our pool was completed this week. We are extremely happy with the results. The employees that we dealt with were very professional. Bill, our salesman, explained each step of the process and helped us pick our tile and plaster. CJ, our project manager, always responded quickly to our texts and calls. He kept things running smoothly. The various crews that came were all great. They were very hard workers, cleaned up after their job and were very professional.... Read more

Thank you for the very thorough and heartfelt review. We take great pride in renovating and restoring older pools and bringing them back to life. A pool company is only as good as it’s employees and we are happy to hear they kept your job site clean and communicated with you throughout the project.
