Every member of the team made us feel like we were on the top of their list when it came to questions and service. As it is with pool construction, I had some stone clean up issues that were dealt with as soon as I brought it to my pool manager’s attention.           I waited 4 1/2 years before writing my review of Alan Smith Pools. They replastered our pool in white plaster, raised our spa wall and matched the existing tiles for new spa wall. We also got all new equipment (pump, filter and heater.) So why the 5 star review? Integrity. Only 4 1/2 years into our 10 year warranty, the plaster in one area began to delaminate.
