We couldn’t be more pleased with Alan Smith Pools. We had ordered a handrail from Leslie’s but kept getting the run around with when we would get it - I mean weeks and weeks. We went to Alan Smiths show room. Everyone was so helpful and nice. In five work days the exact handrail we wanted was installed.

We really struggled to get a company that would answer the phone or respond to our requests for quotes to fix our large fountain and replace our pump. I finally reached out to Alan Smith Pool and told them my woes. Kristina was the customer service rep and promised me that she would walk me through the process to make sure that I received a quick answer on whether they could help me or not. CJ called me within hours of my first call and came out within a few days. I requested help in getting the... Read more
