Roque was my HVAC tech and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed my AC right up! He was very patient and did a lot of teaching to his apprentice that was with him. An overall stand up job! Called Alaskan Air last night with an air conditioning problem around 7:00 pm. They sent a technician over about an hour later. He stayed till 11:00 to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner and did a temporary fix. Great service even though it was a Friday night and the temperature was going to be above 100 degrees the next week. They will be back next week to make a more permanent fix. Amazing service. 💙
