Called them for after hours service when the AC went out. Tech came out, said he could make a repair for $800, but couldn’t guarantee it would fix it. Said we needed the whole system replaced at a cost of $16,000. Decided to get a second opinion. Another tech with another company came out, fixed the broken part, did a full cleaning of the AC unit, and had it running in 45 minutes for under $300.
