Alaskan came to do a check-up on my AC system as part of a paid promo from Home Depot. The tech that arrived, Zach, was very personable, professional and friendly, as well as highly knowledgeable in his trade. He answered the questions I had, as well as informing me on pros and cons of various improvements I could make to my AC.

We had someone come out yesterday. Told my husband that our AC was leaking Freon and that it would cost 2,000 for that. But proceded to tell him that would nit fix the problem
And needed a new coil that would be an additional 4-6,000.00 so by the end of the conversation made us feel like the only option was a new unit that was going to be 21,000.00!!!!
