Alaskan Air was fantastic. Our compressor fan quit work on a Saturday when the temperature was 106. Within 45 minutes after we called, the technician arrive. Damian did a fantastic job determining what was wrong, and worked tirelessly to complete the repair. I highly recommend them. They were great.

Scott was great in explaining the issues, and worked really fast. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We had one part that need fixed, knowing this isn’t a long term solution I have no doubt we will go with Alaskan when we need to replace the whole unit.

From beginning to end, the experience was amazing! The customer service agent, Kayla, was so sweet, understanding, and helpful. We explained our AC stopped blowing the cold air randomly at 9PM after a 111° day, and our 6 year old was not handling it well! She was very empathetic and was able to get us an emergency tech to us within 20 minutes! Shane, our tech, showed up and was so nice, polite, professional, and sanitary with everything going on!! The technician that came to my home, Arturo, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the problem I was having so I clearly understood it, listed options that I had and told me estimates before starting any jobs. I have never worked with Alaskan AC before so I don’t know much about them, but would recommend the technician they sent to my home to anyone

Six month maintenance and cleaning. Technicians were courteous and made us aware of the condition of the unit. Went a little extra in checking out warranty information.
