2 weeks ago a technician came out for my free heating checkup, said system was OK. Yesterday I turned my heat on & just got cold air. Today's technician said the thermostat was programed wrong & the original technician should have caught it. I had to pay $155 for todays service.
The technician was friendly and extremely respectful. He wore a face covering the entire time, as well as booties over his shoes whenever he stepped into our house.
