This is my second review for this Company. After working with the tech yesterday for 3.5 hours, I knew I needed a new system and Anthony W came to my rescue. He explained and explained, and explained again, to me the different options available to me. There were no attempts to upsell me anything. He is working on a Saturday to ensure my comfort - he is on his way to the office now to pick up a portable AC unit for me!!! It is expected to reach104 degrees today and this is very appreciated.
