James was very informative, gave us step by step information on what he was going to be doing through out the inspection process. Very friendly and loved our dogs! I would recommend James and Alaskan Air anytime!

Started out great! James was fantastic as always. They got me the same day I called.
However, Alaskan wanted to charge me over $300 for what turned out to be a loose wire in the attic which would have probably taken less than five minutes to fix & that is with having the maintenance service agreement.
