He called the office and set us up for the AeroSeal duct sealing. I've had a wonderful experience with Alaskan Air every time they come out and check our AC & Heating system.
Jeremy N was very proactive and came well ahead of the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained very crisply what the main cause of the AC system not cooling. He immediately called to check if replacement part was in stock and very quickly procured it. He did the replacement fix flawlessly and then diligently took temperature readings afterwards to ensure that the issue was really fixed.
