Great job by the 2 man crew. Answered all questions. We’re here on time and had a professional look and demeanor. Appreciated the company texting me who was coming with a short bio and picture. Crew maintained social distancing in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. If I had any improvement feedback for the company it would be for the scheduler. Prompt service; came out same day that we called about our furnace needing service. The technician was polite, and explained we needed a new furnace - ours was more than 30 years old. The turnaround time was fantastic; they came out the next day, even arrived early, and installation took only a few hours. Overall they did an excellent job and I will hire Alaskan again.
