I opened the door to greet the technician with my 2 boys(6 and 2 years old) and I was treated like a child. My AC seemed to be struggling on a Sunday afternoon, so I scheduled an appt with Alaskan via their website for next day service. I received an email and text message confirmation that day, as well as an update on the arrival time and picture/bio for the technician the following day. Tim arrived exactly on time.
