just had a guy come out here and from the start was down playing any concerns i had. would talk over me talking to my gf on the phone. he ended up arguing with me which i didn't want to do and that just made him happy-er to fight with me. then he got confrontational multiple times want to ACTUALLY FIGHT ME. he lied about the being hostile and down played and down played EVERY concern i had.

The technician Roque called ahead, was here within the assigned time period. He went ahead and replaced the parts that needed replacement. He showed me pictures of the old parts and new parts that were put in their place. He was courteous and pleasant. A very good experience.
