My service tech, Jeremy, was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He did a great job and while I hadn’t planned to spend any money (it was a routine service contract call), he showed me pictures and data that supported the work he recommended! Very happy I had things taken care of before it cost a lot more! I’ve been using them (or my house has) for 20 years!

Your new commercial, which takes a serious disorder, OCD, not very seriously, is very upsetting. I have a loved one who has struggled with OCD and it's not a joke. It's not a tagline. It's not something you have just because you like straight lines or an organized desk or things done right. That is not OCD. OCD is an actual disorder which is diagnosed by a doctor and causes some people very serious problems. Your new ad is insensitive towards people who have been hurt by OCD. Maybe there aren't ... The technicians were just amazing!! I had been out of a/c for almost 2 weeks and they worked so hard in 106 degree weather to get it done in one day! Pedro & Jonathan were so professional, very kind and didn’t stop until they got the job done! Thank you so much guys! You are definitely an asset to Alaskan!!

Just purchased a new A/C unit and from the sales advisor to the installers and the techs who cleaned and sealed our vents were awesome. We have had the new unit for 2 months now as promised the new unit is saving us substantial money over the same period last year...... and we had a hotter start to summer this year. Thanks again for your professional and friendly service you all are amazing..... oh and did I mention their wonderful office staff? Yup them also.
