This company is very impressive. I've been using them for a few years now. Recently, I had them to address my air conditioning, and I was happy with the service. They worked professionally and were very knowledgeable in this industry.
When the A/C cut out, I called the company that I had install the system, Alaskan Air, and they sent out a technician, Richard Cooksey, right way who promptly diagnosed the problem, scheduled and competed the repair complete with photographs and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Tucson summers, especially during monsoon can be brutal and the quick turn around time really mattered.
Anthony was excellent! He was knowledgeable and quick and spent the time to explain the problem and the possible causes, and he described preventative measures and maintenance. He was friendly and polite, a pleasure to talk with.
This was my first time doing business with Alaskan Air. Efrain and Alaskan Air gave me exceptional customer service and unexpectedly great communication every step of the way. I have nothing but praise for both the Tech and the company.
