The tech showed up on time. He was very nice but was unable to solve my furnace problem. I think air conditioning is mostly what they work on. I will need to call a new company.

We needed to replace our combination swamp cooler/heater. Since was in a small space we investigated a Mitsubishi Split system. From sales to installation the employees of Alaskan were great. They answered all our questions, were responsive and professional over the phone and the installers were terrific. It was somewhat a long process, but Alaskan came though as delivered.
