Arturo Yepiz was scheduled from 10-1p...got a call and was rescheduled to 12-3p but didn’t show up until 3:45p. I requested a tune-up on my unit but he chose to do a Diagnostics check on it instead because my “thermostat didn’t work”, although it does work and turns on just fine. Lots of great review but I was not the lucky one right before holiday. William the owner walked in my house 2:32PM recored on my Ring camera, left 2:40PM. He did 5min check and said he is done and the unit is working. When Inasked why the air is still cold he said it will be another diagnostic and I have to pay another $87.After I said I will call the manager he said he is the manager. I called the compnay and the associate hang up othe phone
