Horrible customer service and quality of service. Tried to scam us into buying a whole new unit that we did not need. Told us the parts for our unit were not made anymore but we were able to find them on our own. Had a privately owned A/C technician come out to install parts and come to find out it was a fuse and he had A/C running in two minutes and he diagnosed system and fuse blew because of the weather we have had lately. The original install was ok, while loading the old ac into the truck it slid loose and ding our new unit but nothing more than cosmetic damage. All technicians were respectful and professional. We found during a selling inspection that the drain line they installed was to a vent and not properly installed so I contacted their customer service center.
