I was very impressed with their technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was going to be cool enough in my home for me. I was really excited about the option 4 the club membership that allowed for two services per year and discounts on repairs and replacements. I will give 4 stars for the technician being professional and diagnosing the issue correctly. The 1 star is for the price i was quoted. My problem turned out to be a condenser fan motor, bit when i asked for a price to fix it he wanted $1200. That is just a rip off. I called naughtons and bought a motor for $180 with tax. This is our first time calling on Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, and both Tim and Nick were very professional and incredibly responsive. They were here within a couple of hours (on a Sunday!!) and we're informative and helpful. We're moving forward with a new complete unit, and we're hopeful that the service continues to be this good.
