My AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday afternoon in 115 degree F outside temperature. I called Alaskan at about 4PM and they were able to have a tech at my house a little after 7PM. The tech took about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem and was spot on with his pre-diagnostic assessment once he gave it a look over.
