My A/C went south at 6pm last night. Tried a couple of the little-guys, to no avail..then called our area Big-3.Goettle had no help available then, George Brazil's service never called back, and Alaskan actually had their OWN employee answering the phone. It seemed like they only have a service as a back-up for their overflow calls. They left both VM, and Text msg. for me during the process.
