Charlie was very thorough and explained what needed to be done. he worked up 2-3 quotes for me to chose from. His friendliness was great! Most service people come out and act like you are nothing more than a check for services. Alaskan has well trained and compassionate employees who go out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
