I was excited to have them come to my house for an Estimate. My neighbor also was going to get an estimate for new AC units. It’s time to change ours. Looking for estimates and they had a great promotion. Well they are for the East valley locations. We are way far west for them to come. That’s too bad. But customer service was really good and friendly. She was very apologetic for not having service this way. It’s understandable.
Alaskan has one of the best websites I’ve seen for a repair company. I was able to schedule my service call and received both a text and phone confirmation, The service was flawless and the tech could not have been better.
