About an hour before his arrival Alaskan sent both a text and email advising he was on the way, and provided his picture; this was excellent customer service. Arturo spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning and checking our furnace and answered questions and providing suggestions. He was friendly and professional and his work was A+.

Today we had Jeremy come to do what we thought would be a repair on our furnace. He discovered a wiring error, likely by a previous technician since we don't try to do our own furnace maintenance. Instead of having to install a $1500 part, he fixed the wiring error and had our furnace working as it should. We so appreciate your skills to identify this problem and save us a considerable amount of money. Thank you!

Josh was able to arrive early and messaged us before hand so we could be properly prepared for him. He was super polite and totally professional in all his work. When he was done he explained everything to us in plain English and didn’t work at selling us anything. 5/5! Will definitely use Alaskan AC again!

With the exception of the sales person who didn't answer his phone when I had a question about my installation, all of the other staff was responsive and did an excellent job. I especially liked the fact that they have a field supervisor who does a follow up inspection and makes sure the high standards of Alaskan Air have been followed and that the customer is pleased with the job. They even send a thank you gift and I will for sure use them again when I'm ready to install a second unit.
