I gave them a middle of the road review. The good they came out same day within a fee hours of me making the appt and the tech nice. The bad it was thought that I needed a capacitor. I wanted to replace until he told me that Part was $639 a capacitor really. I looked that part up on Amazon and ir was $17.99. I didn't do the service. So make up tour own mind. refrigerant is $140 per pound.

A month and a half ago I had the ac system checked for summer. Everything checked out good. June 15th system running hot I came home and my house was 82⁰ but my cooler was set at 76⁰. I went up to the roof and the side panel to the unit was not attached to the cooler. I went inside and called Alaskan 4 times before someone returned my call. I was told there's gonna be a 129 dollar fee for a diagnostic. They said they would be here between 12 and 3 the next day. He was here at most maybe an hour.... Read more

First off let me say that their response time was spot on. The technician was great but their pricing is astronomical. $351 to change out a capacitor is downright robbery. I appreciate the quick response and getting the ac running will never use you again.

Even if customer pays up front they will not come out if you are doing warranty work. They were short and almost rude.
