We needed to replace our combination swamp cooler/heater. Since was in a small space we investigated a Mitsubishi Split system. From sales to installation the employees of Alaskan were great. They answered all our questions, were responsive and professional over the phone and the installers were terrific. It was somewhat a long process, but Alaskan came though as delivered.

I have been using them for a couple of years and I just never got to the root of the problem. So I got a consultation for our HVAC system from a licensed contractor and was pleased to finally get the right honest answer. Not going back to Alaskan. I don't think the customers are their main objective which is to sell a new unit.

The tech was kind and friendly. However your prices are not. The parts for my repair are covered under mfg warranty. So $2095 for 3 to 4 hrs on the repair is outrageous. I understand you have overhead but charging close to $500 per hr is robbery. Maybe the general public is naive....but Im not. Your radio adds make it seem like your company is fair ....this quote is far from fair......you sir are taking advantage of folks. Had both ac's and heater alaksafied and our technician was very thorough and took his time with each unit inspecting and cleaning. Happy with the service and the price was good!
