Elijah was on time, efficient in his work and was pleasant to deal with. He is knowledgeable in his craft. That said - feedback for the company’s policy of either upselling or generating issues that may or may not need attention creates a negative experience. The technician that serviced my AC in the Spring charged me $1100 to retape wires with electrical tape and install a “Star Kit”.
