They should re-name to Jessie James Robbery HVAC Service! Will never use again -- !! The rates are about 400 percent over what it should cost. A detailed Estimate (in writing) was REFUSED by Alaskan management so all you have is a Verbal! Who does business like this?!! My unit was only 4 yrs. old and has annual preventative maintenance, monthly furnace filters, etc. and homeowner for many decades in various properties. Got a quote for a new swamp cooler and install for $4500.00 (mind you I currently have one, so duct work, wiring, etc. not needed plus the cooler unit at home depot is only $800; which means Alaskan is charging almost $4k for their labor). Called the Cooler Guy and for all the same work (install/unit) the price was $2k with a better warranty and a 10% military discount.
